PC Rob has a very important job discussing the ever more important subject of keeping our children safe from strangers. Whilst 'Silly Billy' is a lovable character, playing the part of PC Robs dog. Silly Billy will amuse children for hours on end with his playful ways. He loves interacting with the audience, expressing his feelings by covering his eyes with his big fluffy paws, rolling over and kicking his legs in the air, waving and giving a cheeky high five when required.
